Physical Activity Level(PAL)

The PAL is the level to which you lead an active lifestyle. To choose your PAL, use the following table:

Your PAL is multiplied by your BMR to calculate your Estimated Energy Requirement (EER), which is how much dietary energy you should get in a day.
